Herbs in the News
The American Heart Association published a recent article entitled, “Potassium-rich Foods Cut Stroke, Death Risks Among Older Women American.” The study they cited talked about the importance of eating a diet rich in potassium. We discussed a selection of foods and herbs that are excellent sources of potassium for people of all ages and genders. Herbs and Foods discussed included:
