Bitters have been heralded as a key for good digestion for a millennia and for good reason. Just a few drops of bitters under tongue can mean a world of difference to gut health. Although herbalists and nutritionists have been talking about their importance, the average person sometimes has trouble incorporating them into every day life.

Sue and Candace offer their signature practical advice on bringing bitters into our diet to make our lives just a bit sweeter. Inspired by an interview with herbalist and author, Thomas Easley, our podcast hosts dig a little deeper into world of digestive bitters.
