After many years working in health care and in various capacities in the natural products industry Yaakov Levine, NTP, received his certification as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner in 2007 from the Nutritional Therapy Association. Yaakov has had his weekly “Nutritionally Speaking” column in a number of local weekly newspapers since 2007, and has had articles published in the Price-Pottenger Foundation Journal, in the Well Being Journal, and the NTA newsletter and Oregon Senior News. His feature and “In Health” articles have appeared in the quarterly Take Root-Willamette Valley magazine. Yaakov brings his passion for empowering others to find their own path towards optimum health to his writing, classes he teaches and his individual coaching sessions. When not working at Natural Grocers, Yaakov can be found biking, hiking and on leisurely walks out in nature.
