The Directory of Essential Oils by Wanda Sellar

Best Audience for The Directory of Essential Oils:

Anyone interested in aromatherapy and essential oils

Candace said: The Directory of Essential Oils offers a decent depth of information on each of the many essential oils covered. The list of numbers is by no means exhaustive, but it comfortably covers all those essential oils immediately available in my local haunts. I particularly liked the history and myth sections as well as the descriptions of how each oil affects the mind and body. Sellar has done a wonderful job of compiling a lot of information in a neat, easy to use package.

The Bottom Line: We give The Directory of Essential Oils by Wanda Sellar the thumbs up.
