This simple echinacea tea blend offers a healthy dose of vitamins and minerals to support your body as echinacea propels your system into self-defense mode. I prefer elderberry’s flavor personally, so they’re always my choice, but rosehips or hibiscus are a good substitute if you like the more tart, floral flavor they provide.
Be sure to get your echinacea root from a responsible, sustainable source. Echinacea was harvested to near extinction in its natural habitat in the last century. Since then, a goodly number of farms have begun growing echinacea sustainably, offering us all access to echinacea’s medicine without harming his presence in the wilderness.

Storage and Use
Keep your tea blend in a sealed jar in a cool, dry place, like your pantry. Use the cold infusion or hot infusion method to make your tea using a quarter cup of tea blend for each quart of water. Or, make your tea a cup at a time using a tablespoon of tea for every 8 to 10 ounces of water.
