By joining the Herbal Nerd Society, you are agreeing to pay on time and in full in accordance with the payment option you chose when joining. Your billing information is strictly private, and we agree to not share any of your billing or other information without your express permission. Be aware, we reserve the right to terminate service at any time for any reason.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your service at any time. To cancel, send a cancellation request to us at [email protected]. If you do so within 24 hours of signing up or within 24 hours of the time of your recurring payment, you will get a full refund. If you choose to cancel your service more than 24 hours after the time you originally signed up or more than 24 hours from the time of your recurring payment, you will not receive a refund.
You agree that The Practical Herbalist Group, LLC and all affiliated entities cannot be held responsible for any action you may take as a result of any interactions you have had with this website, our podcasts, or any other materials published by the aforementioned entities. In addition, you agree that The Practical Herbalist Group, LLC and all affiliated entities cannot be held responsible for any advice given, ideas shared, or actions or services offered by Club Members or our affiliates.

Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal
The Herbal Nerd Society Membership is sold as an automatically recurring subscription that renews each month or year on the anniversary of the purchase date.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the term unless you cancel your subscription prior to the automatic renewal date.
Please note the following details of the Herbal Nerd Society subscriptions:
- Subscription renewals are automatically processed monthly on the anniversary of your original purchase. The license renewal will continue and remain valid for each one (1) month or year unless the subscription is canceled prior to the renewal date.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at: [email protected]
- If you choose to cancel your subscription you will no longer receive access to Herbal Nerd Society Articles.
- Your renewal price will be locked in at the time of checkout for as long as your membership remains active.
- Grandfathered pricing: If you choose to cancel your subscription, and your renewal price is lower than the current listed price for your license (a “grandfathered” price), the lower renewal price may no longer be available to you.
- If you choose to renew your subscription after it has been canceled and your membership has expired, you will be charged the current listed price for your membership type. We may not apply older or grandfathered pricing to your new renewal purchase.
- We will send you an email 14 days prior to your renewal date, and you may use this opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed
- If you choose to cancel your subscription your membership will expire immediately upon receipt of your request.

Refund Policy
If within 30 days of purchase you decide not to use our services, you may request a full refund. To obtain a refund, you will have to contact us at: [email protected], including the username, email address, and name on file for the account you wish to cancel. At that time, we will cancel your membership and refund any one-time payment made.
We consider threats of refunds as refund requests and will process them immediately.
If your original purchase was made in a non-USD currency, we cannot guarantee that the exchange rate at the time of the refund will be the same as the time of your purchase. Your refund will be based on the USD amount of the purchase and may result in a higher or lower amount of currency you purchased in being credited to your accounts.
The Practical Herbalist and The Herbal Nerd Society may occasionally send you emails related to the purchase of product(s) from our company. We may also send you occasional email newsletters relating to The Herbal Nerd Society, promotions, Add Ons and the like. We will never sell or release your email to any third party vendors. You may opt-out of these emails at any time without penalty.

Termination
The Practical Herbalist may terminate your access to all or any part of our website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.
Translation
These Terms of Service were originally written in English (US). We may translate these terms into other languages. In the event of a conflict between a translated version of these Terms of Service and the English version, the English version will control.
Severability
If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses in this agreement shall remain binding on the customer.
