Tonic, Building-Block Herbal Tea Mix: A Recipe
This is my favorite basic herbal tea mix. I use it on its own and as the base for more complex teas. In the cup, this tea mix produces an infusion that's slightly grassy in flavor and scent with a golden yellow color. It's an extremely healthful blend that can be used as the base for recipes designed for relaxation, recovery from illness and stress, and general support.
